Do you accept commissions?

I don’t accept commissions because my process is very intuitive and each artwork is unique in itself.  Please follow me via my social channels – you never know when your perfect work will present itself!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 3-8 business days for originals. If I happen to be away at the time of your order or the art artwork is being displayed at a gallery, I will contact you to advise about the delay in shipping.

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?

Australia

We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all original artworks.

International 

Additional shipping fees will apply to international orders. Before reach out to me via contact form or on the contact information given below for a shipping quote.

Please keep in mind: International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are your responsibility so please keep this in mind. In accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.

Returns/refunds/exchanges

Originals are one of a kind and fragile to transport. For this reason we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges.

We do not accept returns for items that were purchased as part of a sale.

We do our best to represent the colours correctly for artworks and products, but colours you see on your computer screen or device may vary slightly from the actual artwork or product.

Faulty or Damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged in transit please don’t worry, all our freight is insured.

Here’s what to do - take photos of:

• The external box.
• The shipping label on the box.
• The damage to the artwork/frame or fault in the print.

Please send all photos to kirandeepm@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the artwork so we can resolve the dilemma as quickly as possible so we’re all smiling again.

Pricing

All orders are processed in Australian Dollars and are charged a Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Absolutely. I love to find companies that create products that align with my brand values and help them choose an artwork to make their special product sing.
